Warranty & Service – B2B

Flamesa provides reliable products and professional support tailored to business customers. All products are manufactured and tested according to strict quality standards. In case of defects, we offer structured and efficient service.

Commercial Warranty & Support

Flamesa provides a commercial warranty for manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship, subject to normal and intended use. Warranty terms apply as agreed in the applicable sales or distribution agreement.

Any statutory rights applicable under local law remain unaffected, unless excluded or limited to the extent permitted in B2B transactions.

Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects, including structural or assembly faults
  • Material defects originating from the production process
  • Functional issues under normal and intended use

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance
  • Damage during transport, storage, or relocation not handled by Flamesa
  • Minor cosmetic deviations not affecting performance
  • Use of non-approved pellets or fuels

Claim Procedure

All warranty claims must be submitted to our B2B support team.

Please send an email to b2b@flamesa.com including:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Product model and serial number (if applicable)
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting images and/or video

Claims will be reviewed by our technical team. You will receive a response with the proposed resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
